Paul P. Polak, DC
Dr. Paul Polak is a board certified Chiropractor (National Board of Chiropractic Examiners) licensed to practice in the State of Pennsylvania. He graduated from Pennsylvania State University with a degree in Biobehavioral Health with minors in Natural Sciences and Biology. After Penn State, he graduated from Sherman College of Chiropractic in Spartanburg, South Carolina as a Doctor of Chiropractic. Dr. Polak is also a board certified (NBCE) adjunctive procedures practitioner. |
Dr. Polak received his first chiropractic adjustment after suffering from severe headaches in high school. After getting immediate relief, he became interested in understanding why Chiropractic was so effective in eliminated his headaches. Eventually he started working in a chiropractic office as a summer job in college and directed his college education towards becoming a doctor. Dr. Polak is passionate about education and health promotion, and says that since we only get one body we might as well take care of it as best as we can.
Dr. Polak is well versed in a variety of adjusting techniques; including Diversified, Upper Cervical (Neck), Toggle, Thompson, and provides an array of therapies to promote overall health as well as treat headaches, migraines, joint dysfunction, sprain/strains, and other musculoskeletal issues.
In his free time, Dr. Polak enjoys golfing, playing board games, woodworking and playing hockey. He is a diehard Penguins, Steelers, and Penn State fan.
