Call 412-364-4100 during regular business hours for secure over-the-phone credit card processing.
Option 4: Snail Mail
Mail your statement slip with either a check payable to LeGault Chiropractic PC or fully complete the credit card portion on the slip. All returned statement slips are securely shredded after processing.
